Kickboxing

Learn & master the art of stand-up fighting. From punches, to kicks, to knees and elbows and everything in between… all fights and physical altercations start standing up, and our program is designed to help our students master all aspects of a fight.

Our kickboxing program prides itself on teaching the basics including footwork drills, shadow boxing, and punching/kicking combos in a fun and safe environment. When this is combined with our specific kickboxing condition program, this provides an awesome workout for all levels while learning the sweet science of striking. We offer classes that are slow paced great for beginners and up-tempo classes designed for members that wish to push themselves. We also offer sparring classes for members who are ready to take their striking skills to the next level. A coach’s assessment must be done prior to engaging in sparring. Coached sparring is a great way to test your skill against your peers.
